DELIVERY

CLEONIE ships goods Australia wide and internationally.

AUSTRALIA + NEW ZEALAND:

Deliveries to Australia are made by Australia Post and can arrive within 1-7 business days from your date of order, not including weekend or public holidays. New Zealand deliveries are made through Australia Post and can arrive within 2-15 business days, none of these including weekend or public holidays. Every effort is made to have your parcel delivered on the following business day, depending on your delivery address.

Please be sure to indicate your daytime address or your package will not be delivered. Please make sure someone will be around to sign for the delivery, as any requests for a second delivery will require an additional fee.

INTERNATIONAL:

Australia Post standard airmail can deliver package internationally within 10 - 20 business day at a flat rate of AUD $20.00 for postage and handling.

Any order out of Australia may incur a customs or import duty fee. This will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

CURRENCY, TAXES

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this Site are in Australian Dollar currency. All prices include GST, and other taxes and duty where relevant.

 

RETURNS

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow returns procedure below. Please note, on all SALE items we can only offer an exchange.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 10 days from the date of purchase. Items not received within the period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. For all swimwear , the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.

Either email us at info@cleonie.com.au to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number). You must notify us of the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund.

We can only exchange items for a different size. When requesting a RA Number, please specify the size you require. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we would recommend returning your purchase for a refund.

Returning goods, please enclose

a) the completed Online Store Returns Form, including the RA Number where indicated, and
b) your receipt (which comes with your purchase) and then return the goods to:

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase, depending on the option requested by you. You will receive email notification of this. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items). Items we exchange for you will be resent at our cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

We recommend that all items are tried on by you on receipt to ensure that you are able, if required, to exchange or return them to us within the required 10 day period from purchase.

For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.

CLEONIE is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 2-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
